I HATE IT, IT SUCKS , but guess what, IT WORKS
Meal 1- 2 whole eggs, 8-10 egg whites
2 cups oats
1/2 grapefruit
Meal 2 2 chicken breasts
Large Sweet Potato
Meal 3 12-14 oz lean steak
Large Baked potato
Meal 4 2 chicken breasts
Large sweet potato
Meal 5 12 oz salmon, tuna, or other seafood
2 cups brown rice
Meal 6 Can of tuna
cup of brown rice
Meal 7 two cups cottage cheese
NOW, when you start eating like THAT EVERYDAY, then you come back in a MONTH and tell us if it is working or not
You have to EAT to GROW !!!!!
