    Lifting stats:

    Squats 130kg
    Deadlift 90kg could do more but for my grip
    Bench press 80kg
    Clean and press 50kg
    Bent over rows 75kg could do more but for my grip
    Pull ups 5/6reps from cold I can do around 10reps
    Bicep curls 40kg
