30 min is okay, 40 is better.. u jog outside?? do you have a gym membership??? switch up your cardio, that keeps me from getting bored.. do some b-ball, boxing.. etc

Well, I guess I'll just start at 30 minutes, then increase by 2 minutes each day till I hit 45 minutes. Sigh. Thanks. I was just looking for someone to say to me "just do 30 minutes", lol. Just psychologically I feel like 30 minutes is not much time, but 40 minutes suddenly seems like I'm wasting an entire hour. Im upping my cardio to 45minutes, the more the better I guess. But I jog in the evenings as I work to early, you dont have to go AM...
