I couldn't come to a conclusion but if i do cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach i feel sick after.
I sip on 10grams of bcaas (scivation xtend) and
also about 10grams of clen powder (its 14 or 16mcg/gram) in the same bottle before during and after.
Clen is anti-catabolic (not anabolic though) + the bcaas i think thats a pretty good safeguard again catabolism. Been doing this for 2 weeks now and great fat loss (low intensity cardio ed for 40 mins) and according to measurements haven't lost any size so far.
