How do you avoid alcohol

How do you avoid alcohol with your girlfriend/good friends. Any reasons/tips other saying your dedicated to lifting/dont want it?

To aviod them keep asking you to drink just tell them that you are on medication , it works well for me

iv got hep c and turn yellow when i drink and everyone has seen me yellow on more then one occasion so ppl dont pressure me much now days

I went from drinking wine every night to not drinking at all, my friends were shocked but I told them my focus was now on my diet and working out. They are all very respectful and don't try to force me to drink. They actually are proud that I can have that kind of control. I don't tell them that I don't drink at all, because if I want a glass of wine once a month, I'll drink it, I just tell them that I don't need to drink anymore.

yep!!! I have done quite high doses before and they have nvr changed my skin color but if i drink a few shots of vodka i will be yellow for two or three days.

I quit drinking and smoking at the same time in an attempt to re establish a healthy life style. I just drink water when I go out with my friends. Most of my friends lift too so I don't have to worry about pejorative judgements. Honestly I don't know why people get so sandy about what others are drinking.

Bro, there is nothing anyone can say to magicly fix this problem of yours. It is 100% up to you. Do you want to drink? or Do you want to be sober and stay healthy? You have to have some will power & determination. Its not easy but It feels great when you can leave the booze alone the reward is huge.
If your friends are trying to get you to drink against your will, they are NOT your friends! Be a man about it and fvck em all!

This is what works for me. I just say the doc told me not to drink while on my anti-psychotic meds or I could go balistic and turn to mass murder.

I love drinking and partying, so its only when im on cycle that I don't drink. When im on cycle its fairly obvious, so people generally work out for themselves why ive stopped.
