    If you are doing squats, deads, and other compound exercises that work your core as well (which you should be doing), you really don't need to do abs more than twice a week, although everyone's different.

    I would take a look at the diet. I finally got mine straight and my gains were above and beyond that of my first cycle. Eating right really takes dedication. Without it, you're just wasting money on gear IMO.

    before the cycle i was doing abs once a week but i really wanted to build my top 4 abs so i figured i try 3 times a week and see where it got me, but thanks if i see it not working well ill change it to once or twice a week
