I used to go to the hardware/industrial supply store and hunt around until I found some "o"-rings that would fit inside the sealing area of the screw on top. They aren't made from food-grade material however. It works for awhile, but eventually they leak again. I think hand washing them makes them last longer than anything.

i'll agree with that....mine come out of the dish washer all warped.....which probably contributes to the leaking.....Originally Posted by almostgone
