I had the same problem. If you use the finest filter, then the pressure that I had to use caused it to leak. Plus, it seemed like, as more went through then the filters got clogged so I had to use even more pressure. In the end though, everything came out nice and gold and worked just fine. (although I did need to use a filter out of another kit so I'm short for the next time...)

Personally, I prefer Titan 2 filters and then Whatman after that. I've never had much faith in Millipore.

you should get 30ml per filter at least going str8 to .22 for this process...they do clog though cause of any residual binder
I was using a calking gun once and the filter exploded in my lap and I had a greezy crotch...I didn't know where it leaked from cause the filter cracked right on the seam so I did it twice in a row.
