forget gear for now. stick to eating and lifting to get some size. but even if youre huge, people are always gonna bug you for being short. im short too, so i know. what you gotta do, is learn to fight. i dont know why anyone would suggest BJJ to you. you arent gonna be arm barring anyone out in the street. take some Muay Thai classes. then when someone wants to try and pick on you, you can just knock them out. eventually people just learn not to **** with you.

go to butcher, buy cow, eat cow !!! repeat !!!

do not count on steroids to make you big, even if they would, that would not change your bullying problem, that has to come from the confidence you carry within you and steroids will NOT give you that

Stay away from steroids for now, learn to eat CORRECTLY TO GROW!!!
take some form of Martial Arts training for several YEARS that will help build confidence, but it doesn't happen overnight

as asked, please list in detail a typical days food intake with the times you eat each meal and we will help you grow !!!

When you get your diet down pat and training together, after a few years, you'll look sick. Shorter guy always look bigger than taller guys. 10lbs of muscle on a guy your height is gonna make a HUGE difference. Life, eat, sleep, repeat...

PS- fvck those kids...dont take any shit from anyone

what up wero. Man that golden triangle ain't joke huh? Your size and look have nothing to do with you being picked on. Your reactions to it is what perpetuates it. All the working out and sculpting of your body will do to fix that is your confidence which will change your reaction to the bullying.

I hope you see the value in the advice you are receiving on the board so far. Jamy in particular is trying to take you under him wing. Get in and pay attention and some homage by doing exactly what he asks and the ride will be smooth, his advice is very solid across the board.

    Good luck bro.

Hey bro. Look a little advice. You make one of those muthafukers scream and the rest will not fuk with you! I have Napoleon syndrome and I have a theory, One of two things is gonna happen: Im gonna kick your ass or your gonna kick mine. Either way you'll think twice next time cause I aint gonna just fukin take it!

You got some great advice through out this post. USE IT. You really dont need gear. You can do so much on your own you will be amazed. Take the advice you got here...even the jujitsu training. I did and it works. Just remember when your both laying on the ground it doesnt matter who is 5'1 and who is 6'!

your workout split should consist of 5 days on, 2 days off...

    mon-chest
    tues-back
    wed-shoulders/traps
    thurs-legs
    fri-arms

16 sets per muscle group except on arm and leg days, then it should be closer to 24..

post up that diet tomorrow... ill be looking for it

listen to these guys man, you are too young for steroids and besides, they are not lying, you have so much natural potential. The questions these guys are asking are not for their benefit, they are helping you reach the answers you are asking in the first place. Dont get frustrated that they are not pointing you towards roids

your 5'1 and 110lbs, yea a bit small, but doesn't mean we cant get you big, and doesn't mean you have to be picked on for the rest of your life...

steroids are not magic pills... they will not solve your problems over night...

your main concern should be your diet and your training reg.

you mind posting up what your diet looks like.. just give me an idea of what you eat throughout the day..

here's a link to videos that will give you a great idea as to what your diet should look like
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=323516

while ur at it, do some math for me..

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

a guy your size should look into jiu-jitsu... i know 5'1 guys who can put me into a pretzel.. im freakiin 6'4 280ish...

i just made my calculations i believe it is BMR=1650.

Well.. if it makes you feel better Bruce Lee was 5'-7" and 140 lbs. And he could kill anyone in a fight. Bruce's lowest weight was 128 lbs. And his kicks were equivalent of getting hit by a car.

What im saying is.. size doesnt always matter.

    try something like this

    Flat Bench: 4x(8-10)
    Incline Bench: 4x(8-10)
    Incline Flies: 3x10
    Cable Cross Overs: 3x10

...I wouldn't worry with decline at this point but if you decide, 3 sets of 8-10.Also rotate between DB and BB weekly. I get a much better pump out of using DBs. Who cares about how much you can bench on the BB, gotta switch it up to see best results. Good luck brotha.

that's a question you have to answer yourself...

you need to figure out how much your body can lift..

when i said 12 10 8 6, you should use a weight in corelation to the reps so that your starting to fail near the end of the set.... this will take time to figure out..

It's a shame you have douchebags in your school that get off to picking on smaller kids. I can honestly say that I never saw this happened growing up, guess it all depends on location. Keep in mind, the guy picking on you or trying to is some insecure dickhead who raises his self-esteem by seeing someone smaller get pushed around. You'd be suprised how fast people change their minds when they realize youre not taking any shit any more.

    Hey noel,

I just finished reading your story and I gotta tell you I know exactly what you are going through, although I am much older.

When I was your age I weighed a whopping 105 pounds at a height of 6' 1". And even at that height I was sometimes berated and stayed away from any sports and would not be seen dead in a gym for fear of someone seeing my emaciated body in there.

What made the biggest difference for me is that I started to change my mindset and change those people around me.....keeping positive people around me elevated me that much more. And then I focused on my training. And I can definitely tell you that steroids is not the cure-all AT ALL! I am not anti-steroids at all as I believe it is a personal decision, but I do know this: you are 18 and you have plenty of growing years ahead of you. It sounds pretty dull, but it is the truth. ONLY until you have your diet, training and routine down pat and you feel that you have pushed your body to the REAL limits, only then you will be at that turning point where you will decide that maybe you should take steroids for further growth. Needless to say that I am not endorsing them one way or the other, but always remember this: just popping a pill or sticking a needle into you is not going to magically make those muscles bulge. You gotta REALLY kick ass in the gym, put some years under your training belt. And that takes TIME. Steroids at this point will not give you that boost that you think you will get, especially long term.

In the past I was picked on and self confidence was shaky...... I put on the brave face and then learned what I needed to do to change my situation. Today, it is all in the past and the person I am today is light years away from what I used to be. And no, I am not COCKY, I am SELF-ASSURED.

Here is one of my favorite before-after shots:

Judging from your before shots, you have great potential for great size gains, just be persistent, patient, and plan. Leave the steroids alone for now and just educate yourself on your Bodybuilding and yourself. It will definitely be worth it!

    Keep pumping and good luck!

Hell yes! Thats awsome. One of my friends i went to school with since 6 did karate for over 12 years and he 5'5" but could pretty much murder anyone in a fight. He has a younger brother who also does karate, he is 5'4" and these two kids would show us their moves in gym class and lets say no one ever fvcked with them. I would always learn a few moves from them.. that shit is tight.
