    damn psych chick is hopeless when it comes to her diet
    Made her dilnner last night, she ate 1 tiny peice of chicken and like 5 rolls and some salad.
    Then followed it up with ice-cream and she said she snacked on some candy before I got there.
    She most def doesn't come close to ruhl's recomended 420 grams of protein per day.

    Yeah, she's in good shape, her diet just sucks and isn't compatable with mine.

    I don't eat candy or sugar...ice cream once in awhile

    She doesn't eat red meat or pork or any meat that comes on a bone. And the chicken, fish, and turkey she eats is in extreme small quantity. I'd be a carnivore if it were more healtny and I love red meat and spare ribs and shit like that.
