I may have been to quick on the disagreement bro.

Everyone's opinion and goals vary. That being said looking at his goals of gain lean mass and get cut.......he should definately be in the mid teens before cutting. If he is looking for mass......I say let it rip.

I just wouldn't pidgeon hole everyone in a certain BF% prior to cycling. Powerlifters, etc, etc...as an example, could care less most of the time.

also please keep in mind WHOM we are giving advice to. Most of them are newbies, not experienced users.

It is always best to give them the safest advice for them so that they have LESS issues during a cycle to contend with.

What you or I may do on a cycle may be far different as we may be more experienced and KNOW how our bodies react to these compounds and know how to handle the adverse effects we might get,

whereas a Newbie probably has NO clue during his cycle, what is causing what so the less they have to deal with , the better they will learn for future cycles, SO , please always lean to the side of safety and caution when giving advice

So, I would say his bodyfat SHOULD be lower than 15% before he starts any cycle so as not to risk MORE issues then he needs to deal with

    THANKS

    Understand your point T.
Like I said I was probably to quick on the disagreement. Additionally, I initially missed the one week of research.
