well I do have a bit of alump behind my nipple, it sucks. And I think I might have puffiness..but I'm not sure if it's gyno related or body fat related.

If you have a lump than gyno is forming and you should run an AI + nolva protocol ASAP to stop the lump from solidifying once it does it will never fully go away.Originally Posted by murphylee
