I was actually toying with the idea just yesterday!. I got some info by googling "commercial gym equipment" and "leasing fitness equipment" If you have cash you can usually find some buyouts on ebay.....shipping kills if you're not close though.

The gym that I started out in has been around 30years it's split up into 3 rooms front room is for the old foke. middle room is like any of the large gyms that has a mix of of stuff for annyone . Then as you walk to the back room it looks like the hardcore gyms you always dreamed of . Works out good for everyone.
