I'm not nearly as dedicated when it comes to dieting as most of you guys are on here. Last year when I did my first cycle I follwed XXL's diet in the diet forum.It deffinitely helped. For me,putting on 30lbs of lean mass in the course of 12 weeks and keeping 20 of it a year later makes me a happy camper. The thing is I'm not doing this for competition reasons or anything remotely close to that. I just want to put on a little bulk and lean out for the summer. I'm sure there's number of people on this forum that are on the exact same boat. I appreciate all the info guys.
