Your vision would blur, you would start coughing, it would be diffucult to breath, etc. if you injected into a vein.

Bro you body is full of blood vessels, you are sticking a needle INTO it, of course you are going to get blood sometimes. Hell I have had a stream of blood come down my quads several times.

Nothing to be worried about, you probably hit a blood vessel or something, idk about a vein, it is possible, but veins generally pump more blood out before the platelets close the nick and the puncture.
