Ok here's the deal. On saturdays I just want to wake up and go lift as soon as I can to get it out of the way so I have all day to do whatever I want/need to. I'm confused about a few things.....
1. I take no shotgun as a pre workout drink for energy / pumps..... it says to take it on an empty stomache......
2. I would think i should have some food when i wake up before i go workout and lift.....
so basically i need to wake up..... eat food.... wait 2 hours or more???? then have no shotgun? anyone have any ideas that will workout better? I have my routine perfectly setup mon-fri but weekends I need some help. Thanks!!
