here it is:
8am: 1 scoop whey protein, 3 white eggs
11am: any food with rice
11:30am-1pm: gym (2 scoops of whey with banana) after gym 1 400ml of soya milk with sugar
4-5pm: chicken breast with white rice
8-9pm: any food with rice
11pm-12mn: 400ml soya milk with sugar
