    His lower chest looks little undeveloped if you look at it. If he does more decline chest ex. his chest will get wider and harder at the bottom which will strecht out the skin a little. So if he does that and lose fat i think he will be fine...... if its not gyno

    His lower chest isn't underdeveloped he just has fat there thats why you don't see that "cut" look. Almost anyone in the gym doesn't need to do decline, they only do it because they can lift more weight. The problem is that the lower chest requires the least stimulation out of the entire chest to react so what happens in most cases with people who do decline is the bottom of the chest because to "cut" in too much and the pec begins to slope and looks more like a breast.

    If he does do decline I would suggest doing it EOW, I had the same look he had and all that helped was continuing to do my bench workout (with no decline) and cleaning up my diet.
