It shouldn't hurt, just keep your water intake at a good level so you don't dehydrate. It'll help with sore and stiff muscle's. Hell I try and hit it up at least 2-3 times a week, helps me relax.

Uuuuummmmm don't sit directly on the stones, or vent, which ever yours uses. Just kidding. The first time I tried it I couldn't stand it....I hate sweating. But afte several attempts I've grown to enjoy the sonas(spelling).

I use the dry, too many germs could be floating around in the wet suana for me. I am sure the heat would kill some of them, but I am still scared of all that moisture.

    Hey there,

I use the dry everytime after a workout. Not only does it relax me but every winter the skin on my hands and feet would crack. I've used the sauna (dry) 3 x week all winter and my skin did not dry out once this year. Another thing I noticed is if I my sinuses were stuffy, I'd go into the sauna and they cleared right up. I had no cold this year either. I used to like the steam room (wet) better but feel better after getting outta the sauna.
