    torn ACL not been repaired keeps me from running otherwise my knee swells up for a few days and is pretty painful..... =/ I stick to eliptical, bike, incline walking, stairs ... and super setting while lifting... =P

    yea same here i destroyed my ACL snowboarding a couple years ago, had the surgery and have been training and lifting on it since then with no pain. however, 15 minutes on the treadmill and my knee is swollen and KILLING me...

    elliptical is the way to go for cardio
