snack-10.30am: cyclone mixed with water
lunch-1.00pm: 2 slices of wholegrain bread, tuna steaks with low cal mayo

Ok bro first off how are you going to run the above AAS you have. Give us a detailed cycle with dosage amounts per week, and what you're PCT is. Then we can critic and help you out. As far as the diet goes head over to the diet section and jamyjam or one of the diet guru's will help you out.

						Ok, no deca for first cycle bro. You want to limit it to one compound first go round that way if you do have side effects you know exactly what's causing them. How much prop per week are you running bro? Also prop is known to be one of the more painful AAS. And your going to have to stick yourself ED or EOD. If you havent already bought the prop i would go with a test enanthate or cypionate. Also i need the amounts of clomid and nolva you are taking ED.
