Its cool. I just want to know if I should get down to 15% bf before I use this test and var. I'm doing it regardless. If I gain alot of weight I gain it. I was down to 220 about 8 weeks ago with higher bf than now. I've been busting my ass and gained about 10 pounds and dropped my bf. Clothes are not as tight, face looks smaller comments from others etc. So I guess I really should not worry about weight. I only weigh about 1 time per month anyway. My goal was not to put on weight but I have eating lots of small meals cheat 1 time a week. I do drink late night sugar free redbulls. Anyway I was told that test would help me burn more fat and var would help cut.
