    I don't know if my form change but anyway gonna stop squats for at least a couple of weeks...
    Any workout suggestions? good for mass.

    i can't squat a lot now without my lower back hurting, so

    i do a ton of leg extensions
    and a TON litterally of Leg press machine
    I also work hammies with the leg extention machine standing backwards on it

    You may have an inflamed disc. might want to get it checked if it persists, get some anti inflammatory drugs in you maybe

    either way , take it easy with squats for a couple of weeks

    hope its nothing major....i needed to disc surgeries
