Well unfortunately I have a JOB (10-12 hrs a day), and a KID, and when I do hit the gym its three muscle groups, and workout 2-2.5 hours, hitting it very hard and take the next day off due to soreness. My regimen is not my problem, I am bigger than most juicers and get accused of it all the time when it has been four years since I touched the stuff. If I get back on I could do what the roiders do and just do one or two muscle groups a day and only workout an hour a day but with my schedule is not that easy.
