    I just can't bulk

    third cycle was 750 test e w and 600 tren e w
    I gained 15lbs on my cycle and went i stopped i lost 11lbs
    I do notice that i have less fat and i keep my strenght but i wanted to bulk more
    i took clomid and nolvedex for pct for 2 weeks and i took them 2 weeks after my last test shot
    I increased my cal intake also, (maybe not enought i guess)

    the info phate asked is important and necessary for a definitive answer but off the cuff:
    1- Not enough Calories
    2- pct was too short

    Missed that. But he only lost 4lbs, which is great. I would imagine he wanted to gain more during the cycle.

    ^^^ huh unless i misunderstand he lost 11 ... (which if he gained 25 wouldnt be bad)

    If you can't gain naturally, your not going to be able to gain/keep on a cycle.

    I am on a bulk using only 400 deca, and about 350 test, and am up 25 lbs so far

    growing is ALL about your diet

    Yep you're right, I misunderstood. For some reason I thought he only lost 4. Ya, that's a pretty bad post cycle loss.

    ^^^ SO FAR ???? wow i'd love to know how far in cycle you are. After years of cycling gains like that are unheard of for the most part ...i mean after a good bulk anymore ill walk away with 12 lbs of solid muscle - post pct h20 loss etc. Oh and my diet is def solid.....how far up is bodyfat? B./c no offense ...but thats hard to believe.....

    just started week 7

    adding Tren A today

    hoping to get to at least another 10 lbs before I start cutting

    but again, its ALL in the dieting.....I eat Steak EVERYDAY...along with whole wheat pasta, and a ton of eggs, chicken ect..........I actually can't wait to cut cause I get so freaking bloated eating every 2.5 hours with such big meals

    I did 7 weeks of just Test/Deca

    Today I switched the Test E to Prop and added Tren A, keeping the deca in there for joint support

    *L* eating feels like more work than working out doesnt it? Anyway nice work ...impressive. If i up my calories more than i do i end up packing on bodyfat at an unacceptable rate - even for bulking. I just figured after 15 years of cycling this is the way it is....
