After years of cycling gains like that are unheard of for the most part ...i mean after a good bulk anymore ill walk away with 12 lbs of solid muscle - post pct h20 loss etc. Oh and my diet is def solid.....how far up is bodyfat? hoping to get to at least another 10 lbs before I start cutting

but again, its ALL in the dieting.....I eat Steak EVERYDAY...along with whole wheat pasta, and a ton of eggs, chicken ect..........I actually can't wait to cut cause I get so freaking bloated eating every 2.5 hours with such big meals
