to be honest, I know exact cals and everything is important, but I find more benefit from cutting off carbs certain times at the day, using pro/carb pro/fat meals than total cals. Even though I am not gonna roll keto, Palumbo's diet has nothing to do with total cals it's pretty much universal across the board for everyone, but tweaked slightly for his personal clients after awhile.
I think the morning cardio will do the biggest affect, how you long you thinking? I'm thinking bout doing this tomorrow

45/1 hour low intensity cardio
Either 5 whole eggs/2 eggs 6 whites and 60 g oats
8 oz chicken breast 3/4 cup brown rice
Weights
then PWO shake, 45/hour later another pro/carb meal then pro/fat for the rest of day?
