    ino diet is one of the most important thing in making gains but ive looked at some diets and the food they eat is disgusting im a very fussy eater so its really hard for me to get my diet sorted i need to have about 3100 calories a day any ideas what will get me to that

    llisten, stop being an ignoranus and read thre threads i sent. then post in the diet forum what you belieeve to be a good diet with macros of all the foods (pro/fat/carbs of each meal and day) with BMR. GO READ THE LINKS
