All of that aside, good work on making the change over to fitness. You can see a nice change in BF from the pictures above. I feel you have a understanding for diet, just not a very solid one. Keep reading everything you can in the diet section and get that locked in. Don't overwhelm yourself, just upgrade day to day or week to week untill you get it locked.
My advice to you would be
Cardio daily or every other day 30-60 minutes 3mph 8incline on treadmill am or/and post workout.
Take in 6 small meals that all consist of Protein and carbs Last 1 or 2 meals drop carbs and add some good fats
Weight train 1 day on 1 off or 2 on 1 off
Keep your sets no more then 12 for each muscle 6-8 sets for Bi and Tri work outs
This might not be everyones approach, but this might give you a good start untill you upgrade your knowledge in fitness.
