    All of that aside, good work on making the change over to fitness. You can see a nice change in BF from the pictures above. I feel you have a understanding for diet, just not a very solid one. Keep reading everything you can in the diet section and get that locked in. Don't overwhelm yourself, just upgrade day to day or week to week untill you get it locked.


    My advice to you would be


    Cardio daily or every other day 30-60 minutes 3mph 8incline on treadmill am or/and post workout.

    Take in 6 small meals that all consist of Protein and carbs Last 1 or 2 meals drop carbs and add some good fats

    Weight train 1 day on 1 off or 2 on 1 off

    Keep your sets no more then 12 for each muscle 6-8 sets for Bi and Tri work outs



    This might not be everyones approach, but this might give you a good start untill you upgrade your knowledge in fitness.

    Yea i know Im a Big softy lol, if you knew me a my personality youd understand... the ladybug is lucky...kinda to the same effect as a clover to me. I apppriciate your advice im gonna try the diet and the lifting, so far i just do minimal weights. like 35-40lb on c.curls and backward rows or rose, i dont know if im saying it right. im just working on form with the bench, warm up with just the bar then throw 15lbs on each side then 20 and then 30... but today i maxed out with 2-45 plates(i know i shouldnt over doit i was just trying it to get a feel if it was too much to rep but next week im gonna wean the 45s into my routine)
    Thank you notorious for your direction, I will keep you posted on the diet. one thing i am stumped about tho is ive been eating like shit the last week but my weight isnt significantly gaining im staying around 192 could my metabolism be changing on me?

    Yopu have a good base, bro and Notorious gave you some great advice here! Eat big and go as heavy as you can to build some thickness.

    As far as the tats go,,,IMHFO, Lady bugs and hearts should only be tatoo'ed on the head of your dick and be tiny (of course they do change size, but that's another story) lol
