    LOL the reason for the low carb diet is because i am trying to get my bodyfat down. As far as energy level i havent noticed any problems in the gym and no I am not on the Atkins diet that diet sucks ass and is for fat people )) As far as fatty acids I take fish oil and nutts.

    True'dat!! Atkins sucks!! Tried it before I got into BB.

    Interesting your energy levels are good, it just goes to show everyone's different. I find I get somewhat more sluggish, and recovery is slower if I go over 45-55% Protein,- whether bulking, cutting, or maintaining.
