I reckon the gains vary amongst individuals not forgetting factors like types of training, diet and goals. I'm a sprinter, so my goals have alwaiz been LBM, strength and speedy recovery. Reckon i've gained 2-3kgs, but strength has gone up by about 10% and speed of recovery between trainings was awesome. My gains aint as significant as most others as I've tried to maintain the same body weight whilst upping the max. strength.
I reckon if you eat and train like a bodybuilder, u'll see good gains and vascularity with tbol only cycle. PCT of Nolva 40/40/20/20 ed for the respective 4 weeks will be sufficient.
