    Carbs 281g
    Fat 110g
    Around 3200 CALS

    To be honest, this diet changes week to week, the macros however don't. I just always figure how much pro/carb/fat for each meal to make my ending number. The foods change quite often and i've also been playing around with carb cycling. When I run test, i'll probably up the cals quite a bit though
    your macros seem a bit off.. you need to gain some more weight naturally.

    im 6'4 275 at 15% right now...

    keep in mind I am a ectomorph. I can eat like nasty mother and still stay lean. I'm telling you I need a boost to hit 205 lean

    If you want to do it, then go ahead. As long as you know exactly what you're doing then go for it!
