Thread: About anavar and its myths/facts

    Would anyone recommend Anavar and Test E (at a low dose, maybe 200mg) as a first cycle when trying to gain some size that I will keep?

    Been doing as much research as possible and thought it was time to ask.

    Age: 28
    Experience: 12 months Gym, 5 years body circuits and cardio (Army)
    Body fat: Est 10% - 12%
    Height: 5' 9"
    Weight: 70kg, 154lb
    Diet: not very specific but taking in around 3000cal per day.

    I have been trying to gain weight for years but its not really working, I have started on the muscle gaining secrets which is controversial but working quite well and managed a few extra kilos (6.5lb).

    I was thinking 40mg Var and 200mg Test E

    Also my time may be limited to 8-10 weeks as I work offshore and cant take anything with me.

    Any advice would be great.

    youll get better response, if you make a thread. but everyone is gonna tell you to start eating first. and see how that goes. get yourself up to at least 4000cals. 5000 would be better.
