I almost ALWAYS have eggs before bed, and mainly egg whites at that with some walnut and fish oil and egg whites reach peak levels of amino acids in the blood stream relatively quickly. You do not HAVE to have beef before bed, you need to feed the body every 3-4 hours around the clock not rely on slowly assimilated sources in order to simply let more time pass between meals.

You want growth, you want to stay anabolic? Than you better damn well be feeding you rbody around the clock and not be afraid to eat or have a casein/egg shake in the middle of the night.
My trainer who does body building competitions was talking to me about when the shit hits the fan for contests he was setting his alarm over night for every 3 hours to eat. I could never do that........

Some people can, some people can't. Some people just dont want to. But you wanna take your physique to the next level, than you are going to have to. It is the absolute best way to stay anabolic.

Bodybuilding is not for people who need their beauty rest.
