Yes adderall is an apetite supressant, but not as much in small doses. Also I only take one dose a day now. I used to take it 3 times a day when I was in school. I have always continued its use while bulking. You just have to force feed yourself. I maintained my weight at 295 while I played D1 college football with no problems while taking adderall.
