    A couple things to double check .
    Make sure he is using medical alcohol .
    Push out a little make sure needle is lubricated .
    50mg ED maybe help, if you miss a day , catch up when injecting the glutes .
    Did he wipe top of vial with alcohol ?

    he is using medical alcohol wipes and lubricating the needle
    also heats the oil and wipes the vial
