I personally havent but do know alot of people who have and they didnt rate it at all, i think for the money and possible sides your far better off running a low dose test cycle IMHO, cant stand these type of products to be truthfull they just to market the pussies of the world

I've just done a Hdrol cycle and gained a solid 7lbs, kept the lot.

Running Epi next week.

since I couldnt get the real deal, I did a spawn cycle. I have a log in the supplement section.

Nice results there, you looks like a fatass at first (no offense) now you're looking much better.

I might google that spawn stuff also (to compare it to havoc).

ya.. i just ran it like 20/30/30/30 and have to agree that it was a complete waste of time. i may have got bigger but also seem to have become more bloated in my abs. i was around 195 after it and am already back down to 190 in my 3rd week of PCT. didnt get any stronger. hdrol was unreal (huge strength gains and leaned out, too bad it rips your liver), havoc blows. probly gona try var next..
