Yes. Update, I closed but wound up loosing 5g's to negotiating. WOund up with only 20 profit. I'll take it though! If you would like to PM me I will give you some info on what I do and if you are interested I will tell you hao to get started if you choose to. (so long as oyu aren;t in my market!).
