At 400mg a week I am pretty certain your estrogen levels are going to drag you down. I would be very surprised if it didn't. At 200mg a week I have to take arimidex. Now since my new doc took me off cream I'm on 200mg every other week. Not really enough to worry about it.

It wouldn't shock me that when you get your levels re-checked you're sitting in the neighborhood of 1000. Also, with that, it wouldn't shock me if you estrogen levels were out of whack also. I think what your doctor is doing is starting you high an dthen will settle you down on a lower dose based on your body and how it responds.
