    i go to a nutritionist and my testosterone level was really low and thats why he gives me the test injections every week and i do about 45 minutes cardio every day and 5 days weights

    nothing wrong with what the doctor has prescribed you,, im sure it has aided in burning fats. Keep at it man,, 100 pounds in a year or whatever is awesome

    What ever your doing is workin so keep it up.

    Remember eventually your fat loss is going to slow way way down. When it does you will need to change your workouts and diet. Just dont want you to think if you up the dose that that will work.
