CHAP, I have a good (i.e. generous) doctor who prescribed a high weekly dose for me similar to what you are taking. He was not interested prescribing AI or anything else than the testosterone Cyp. I knew I had a good thing with him and did not push him about it one bit. I got some tamoxifen from Lyon and take 20 mg a day and it works just fine. I feel great and am going to ride this out for as long as my dr will do it. He has not mentioned any follow up blood work and I'm not going to push about that either. Good luck.

The bloodwork is probably the second best thing about HRT. (next to the legal Testosterone, of course). I would mention lab work to him next time. It's very reassuring to know that the things you are taking aren't causing any problems.
