    If it was me and I was out of the gym for 4 months, I would want to get back into it slowly. Ecspecially if I was getting over an injury. I would train without gear for at least 3-6 months, and if you really want to, you can try gyno reversal (your A option).

    I would actually just run an AI with all cycles from now on and have letro on hand incase the gyno gets worse while on cycle. It just didn't sound as if your gyno was that bad, but that is just what I would do.

    yeah it seems like it is gyno.. my nipples are a little enlarged and puffier than normal and i can feel like harder stuff underneath

    i was thinking of doing the letro first and once i notice that its gone, start off on the prop and nolva...
    how bout that?
