    ha,, anyways yea my quads are always sore for a few days afterwards

    im a bit worried now coz (below) the jab.. by the knee has swelled more and more and you cant miss the fact its really quite puffed.. is THIS normal?

    It's kind of the same effect as working out. You are going to be more sore after 2 day's than after the initial injection. When you inject, you are cutting through muscle, so it has to heal, hence the soreness. Also the more volume that you inject the more muscle damage, so that equals more soreness.

    oh cool ok, hope this the case, i cant even walk up the stairs atm

    I have never had that problem. I have never shot Prop though, which I have heard complaints like this from people that have shot Prop.
