    people would be amazed of how much they could lose with diet and cardio... it comes down to hard work and there are no quick fixes..bottom line

    100% true , diet and cardio are a the most important , then if you want to lose more fat you can take some supplements , but remember even if you use T3 , hgh , clen , ephedrine etc.... but if you dont stick to your diet and cardio you wont get anywhere , i have experiences in this field
