we are trying to put it in anna's name she has good credit. The bank is giving a hard time because she isnt a citizen. She has credit card throuh them and the other car loan and it wasnt an issue then but it is now

no that doesnt make her a citizen. It can give her a green card but its a process we are working on it takes a long time.

It must be the economy, because it wasnt an issue 8 months ago. Her lawyer told us we should have just lied they dont check.
