Not to be contradictory but I love to work hard. Just haven't had the proper advice. Hard to know your doing something wrong when you don't know whats right.
I train my ass off, I'm cut as hell, which is why I only weigh 172, just haven't been training right... Thus why I am here!
Lol, I feel you. I know exactly what your saying... I am not trying to argue with you guys, just inquisitive. I have only been on this bulking cycle for 4 weeks. I went from 167 to this last Monday at 172. It is taking me some time to get used to even 3000 cals a day, let alone adding another 500-1000 My first cycle was about 5 yrs ago and I had no idea what I was doing, like most newbies, that is why I kept none of the gains.
I run a lot and like to be fast. I have never tried to get bigger. IMO it is easier to stay lean and small than bulk up. The diet is harder than any other training I have done. I am on it though! Give me a couple of months and hopefully I can hit about 185. 200lb is the goal.
I'm taking all your advice and will keep you all updated on my progress. I am in no hurry to jump on the juice, just want to do it right and know what my goals are before I start.
That being said, I'm working on the diet now - target weight 200 before start?
If I had to write down the ideal stack - between deca and sust - what would my dosages be and how long? deca 400mg/10wk, sust 400mg/12wk?
Still got more reading to do - (supps and deit...)
