You look to be eating clean, you may want to move one of your fats a little earlier in the day IMO.
On your 1045 meal or 3:00, remove the oats an add two small apples, give yourself that insulin spike.
those are just some small adjustments. I'm sure there are others that can help you out
LOL come on man, "move your fats earlier in the day it will make a difference" lol his diet is SUPERB compared to 80% of peoples I seen out there, if he can't gain off this diet or cut, than he has the genetics of a snail covered in salt
I know tons of peoples who diets was a rats ass on tren and they still either got really lean or gained quality lean muscle.
It's only been 3 days and he has been on prop for 11, nothing spectacular is going to happen in this short of time, they are steroids not blow up pills. IMO I'd rather have the gains come later than just go up in weight in the beginning, because quality retainable lean muscle takes time to build.

Who cares if his diet is 80% better then everyone elses. That was not the question.
It is too early to tell on the gear he is on, he posted his diet so I commented on it.
Chill mate, yes my quote was not absolutely true (my fault I scan posts), but I wasn't busting your comment, I was busting on the fact he is wondering why he isn't gaining. Now I am all for getting your diet the best it can and your advice and others was good, but what my arguement was with tren you will see the gains regardless if your you miss the 1:00 meal by 45 minutes or whatever.
His diet is great and there are things he can do to MAXIMIZE his gains to the full potential, but its not like if he doesnt do that he won't gain, just too early.

(Just as an example, on my tren cycle I was taking in 400 grams of carbs give or take and fats were around 100-150 and my whole point was to bulk and at the end of the day I ended up getting a six pack without doing any abs. Just goes to show you the power of tren)
