    I agree Derek, but he has yet to show us his diet or anything else for that matter. And i tend to agree that he's one of these cats that think juice is going to do everything for him. Easy fix.
    OP post it up so the experts can help. Let's see the workouts as well. You don't have to go into great detail about that.

    whats wrong with t-mos?, i love his style, he only tells you what u need to know, even if its raw, its the facts. hes one of the best mods here.

    Whats going on here is very simple...

    This little punk just wants people to tell him what he wwants to hear. When a person that knows his shyt like T-MOS didnt do that, thats where the problem started.

    He then puts T-MOS down for getting to where he is by taking steroids, but here he is trying to learn how he could take steroids to look like T-MOS. LMAO....

    This kid is a joke, and people shouldnt even waste there time writing back, which is probably what he wants.
