Man nothing is cut in stone. You just need to get on a program where you are tracking everything you eat, and monitor your body as you go and adjust accordingly. Look over diets in here, find one you like, stick to it for awhile and see how it works. It takes a long time to find out what works for you, I have been trying for years and still can't figure it out.
And don't let these assholes with there negativity get you down. Half of them don't have pictures but yet love to critique others and give advice that they have never tried firsthand.
