    Rendell , what were your other cycles and doses?

    Seriously, I have been cycling for about 10 years now and have NEVER needed to go over 600 mgs of test.

    the amount of compounds don't always determine your gains. It seems like your DIET is way off as you should be WELL over 200 lbs after all those cycles

    I am 5'11 and bulked to 275 this cycle with only about 600 mgs of test
    It is ALL in the diet and training steroids only make up about 5 % of the equation here

    you may want to get your diet looked over in the diet section before considering this cycle or any other

    Everybody responds different to different dosages. For example, 350mgs of Tren A/wk (ed injects) makes me crazy while others have no problem at 700mgs/wk and sleep like a baby. Some may think 1gm of test is overkill while others get marginal results with anything less than 1gm. Anything over 450mgs of Deca gives me progesterone related gyno while others have no sides at 600mgs and higher.

    Cycling history is a factor but I also know people of plenty that have cycled as long as you have and still see no need to go over 500-600mgs/wk. It appears your body responds well to test. That's great but it doesn't apply to everyone. I know others that don't respond well at all to test or at least that is what they claim. I do however agree with everything else you said.

    I agree with you for the most part, the problem I have and am trying to stress is that MOST people think MORE is better and use more to make up for poor diets or other deficiencies in their programs.

    and IF you look at this guys stats, its obvious that there is something NOT right , probably with diet, so it would sound like he is thinking MORE test will make up for lack of proper diet... I may be wrong, but that is what I am getting from the info we got from him so far

    Oftentimes less is more, at least that's the case for me. I was making more of a generalized statement, not a personal one. I prefer low dosed cycles and I actually think my gains are better on lower doses. Less sides, better sleep (this is very important and often overlooked) and more quality gains. Anyone can mega-dose, gain 30 pounds of water weight, and then end up giving most of it back and then some post-cycle. Simple fact, the more you use the harder it is to recovery AND the longer it takes.

    We know you are saying it's 5% to get your message across, but be honest... it's more like 4.3618%. If your diet and training is not PERFECTED, lets face it, gear is as good as jerkin' off.
